Accuracy is important to Call Center Magic.
Readers, providers and other affected parties may submit a correction when they believe factual information published on Call Center Magic is inaccurate, incomplete or materially outdated.
What to Include
A useful correction request should identify:
- the URL of the page
- the specific statement being disputed
- the proposed correction
- supporting evidence
Primary documentation is preferred when available.
Examples include current provider documentation, official pricing, regulatory records, contractual terms, certification records or other verifiable evidence.
How Requests Are Reviewed
Call Center Magic evaluates correction requests based on available evidence.
A correction request does not automatically result in a change simply because a provider or other party disagrees with an editorial conclusion.
We distinguish factual errors from differences of opinion.
If credible evidence demonstrates that a factual statement is materially incorrect or outdated, the page may be corrected or clarified.
Material Corrections
Depending on the significance of the change, Call Center Magic may:
- update the underlying statement
- add clarification
- update the reviewed date
- revise supporting analysis
- add a correction note
Minor spelling, formatting or stylistic changes may be made without a formal correction note.
Editorial Conclusions
New evidence may affect an editorial conclusion, but providing updated company information does not guarantee a different evaluation or recommendation.
Commercial relationships do not determine whether a correction is accepted.
Submitting a Correction
Until a dedicated correction workflow exists, route correction inquiries through the main Contact page.
